Sunshine Inc provides digital solutions for businesses, including but not limited to web design and development, search engine optimization (SEO), generative engine optimization (GEO), AI optimization (AIO), answer engine optimization (AEO), Google Business Profile integration, email business account setup, social media integration, and accessibility compliance services.

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the custom website design, content, and deliverables created specifically for them, unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.

Sunshine Inc retains ownership of all proprietary tools, frameworks, code libraries, methodologies, and processes used in delivering services. Sunshine Inc may use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the engagement for future projects.

Third-party assets, including stock images, fonts, plugins, and open-source software, remain subject to their respective licenses and terms of use.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, technical data, client lists, and financial information. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunshine Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

Sunshine Inc does not guarantee specific rankings on search engines, specific traffic volumes, or specific business outcomes. SEO and digital marketing results depend on numerous factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, market conditions, and client actions.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for any breach.

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice, subject to the terms specified in the individual agreement. Upon termination:

Sunshine Inc reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

For active service engagements, material changes to these terms will be communicated to the client in writing.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sunshine Inc operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
